Order Processing

Orders placed on Komurr are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Domestic Shipping

For orders within India, we partner with reputable courier services to provide efficient and secure delivery. Estimated delivery times may be provided based on your selected shipping method during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and the estimated delivery date.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and the destination. The exact shipping charges may be displayed, if charged to you, during the checkout process before payment. Shipping cost is currently not levied for all domestic orders over INR. 999/-.

Delays and Issues

While we use the most reputed logistics partners, we have no control over their functioning. If you encounter an inordinate delay with your shipment, please contact our customer care team on customercare@komurr.com.

Returns Due to Non-Delivery

In the event of non-delivery due to an error in the address, provided by you, or refusal to accept shipment, Komurr reserves the right to deduct the shipping charges. The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for the reshipment of the order.
