Each product page includes a detailed size chart. We recommend & urge you to refer the size chart to choose the appropriate size for yourself.
We use high-quality, breathable fabrics, some styles are stretchable, others are relaxed fit. Details are mentioned in the product description.
Shipping & Delivery
Yes, we serve customers all across India. Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days from dispatch date depending on your location.
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999. A small fee may apply for Cash-On-Delivery (if offered) or lower-value orders.
Payments
We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards and Net Banking. We may offer Cash-on-Delivery (COD) in some cases.
We offer Cash-on-Delivery only for select orders which may be on a chargeable basis. If offered then COD will be shown as an option else not.

Returns & Exchanges
We offer easy exchanges only for sizing issues. Please raise a request within 3 days of delivery.
Returns are accepted only if the garment is unused, not worn, not damaged and the tag/seal is intact. If the seal is broken or the tag is removed, no return will be accepted. Worn/used or damaged items cannot be returned. Please raise a return request within 3 days of delivery, for your request to be considered for return.

All communication received from our customers during office hours on weekdays is answered within 1 business/working day. Any communication received outside of business/working hours – 10 am to 6 pm – and on public holidays are attended to on the next business/working day. We however endeavor to respond immediately.

You earn 5 points for every Rs.100 for all prepaid orders totaling Rs.2000. For all prepaid orders above Rs.2000 you earn 6 points for every Rs.100.
To illustrate, if your prepaid order value is Rs.2000/- then you earn loyalty 100 points. However, if your prepaid order value is, say, Rs.2001/- then you earn 120 loyalty points!
Currently, there is no minimum requirement for redemption.
No. KOMURR loyalty points are redeemable only the KOMURR website and for orders shipped within India.
Loyalty points are credited within 10 days after the Exchange/Return window closes. In case you find a discrepancy please write to us @ customer-support@komurr.com from your registered email address with your order details so that we can verify and correct the discrepancy. Any email from addresses other than the registered email address are not entertained.
We rarely offer COD and hence COD orders are not covered under the Loyalty Programme currently. Should this change in the future, we will update the policy on our website and cover all COD orders under the loyalty programme from the date of change in policy.

Loyalty points expire 12 months from the date they are credited.
